Enoch's Pure Harp Seal Oil is a great source of omega 3 fatty acids including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexanoic acid (DHA) and docosapentaenoic acid (DPA). DPA found mainly in harp seal oil is believed to work better for reducing cardiovascular disease risk than fish oil.
